Zen Garden with Stones

For over 25 years, CJ has dedicated herself to working alongside communities both locally and globally, helping them take charge of their own initiatives.

Along this journey, she encountered many individuals navigating challenging experiences. Organizing effective community engagement is inherently demanding, and it becomes even more so when key stakeholders are fatigued or worn out.

To support resilience and well-being, CJ has embraced somatic practices—approaches that help individuals reconnect with their bodies, cultivate awareness, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Much like community-driven development, these methods empower people to realize their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives.

CJ also finds deep fulfillment in solitude—whether walking through quiet forests or enjoying peaceful moments at home. These times of stillness allow her to reconnect with herself, fostering clarity, creativity, and inner calm. For CJ, solitude isn’t about retreating from others; it’s about grounding herself so she can be fully present in her relationships and bring a mindful, open-hearted presence to every interaction.

A transformative approach that intertwines personal growth with a commitment to nurturing our communities.

Somatic practices do not substitute for individual therapy from a licensed mental health professional.
